Submit a problem

Share a problem from a UI course, a contest, or your own curiosity. You can include LaTeX in the statement. A local thread will be created on this browser with space for answers.

How to use this space

  • • State the problem clearly, with all assumptions.
  • • Add tags: course code, topic, and level (100–400).
  • • When posting a solution, explain your steps — not just the final answer.
  • • Be kind. The goal is to help each other understand, not to show off.

Tips for good LaTeX

  • • Use $...\$ for inline maths and $$...\$$ for displayed maths.
  • • Use environments like \\begin{align} ... \\end{align} for multi-line work.
  • • Keep notation consistent with your course notes or textbook.
